In the search for the ideal introductory book for teaching drumming, the present work came into being during my studies. The aim is to introduce the basics of drums in a series of catchy modules. At its core, this is a game of building blocks. A series of interactive cards use picture and mnemonic to identify rhythmic elements.
The book's main objectives:
flexibility on the instrument, improvisation and sight reading
